I’ve always been interested in growing businesses – but – growing businesses isn’t easy.

I’ve learned that successful organisations don’t out-strategise, they out-execute.

(And I used to be a strategy director in the division of a FTSE-100 firm).

So – I created projectleader.net – to help organisations be great about executing the plans they have. (Bringing the discipline of ‘project and programme management’ in helping businesses grow and build capability).
